i hate tutorials. speaking up in class constitutes 10% of grades wth! bad for ppl like me. cos it means a) must actually do work prior to class b) speak up. why ive never really ans qns in sch cos ive never really been the type to do hw. math hw was done once a week in jc, only cos i force my tutor to do my hw with me haha. brilliantly, the philosophy dept came up with blogging system. so ppl can take their time to construct clever things to say in the comforts of their home, and then post comments on the blog. which, also counts for 10% of grades. but id rather much blog abt rubbish then blog about some philo theory or anon-ly cursing the crap outta mr socrates, TIME magazine's number one most annoying man ever. the only thing i got outta today's guest lecturer-the study of philo either screws up the rest of your life and thinking in general, or u end up getting entertained for your remaining years on earth. seriously, the dude was going on abt bats and consciousness for a gd forty mins or so. male bat thinks: ooh, female bat! prior to that he was discussing about a rock. when he got to imagine yourself as a shoe, ppl got fed up and started streaming outta lt haha! but as much as it infuriates, philo's really quite interesting a subject. esp if u're a greekophile.

oh baking day for youths in church next sat! random folks are welcome just tell me. or if you'd so prefer, mooncake making session by the international students ministry. which essentially consists of exchange students in nus. coolio.

colourful life thus far in sch. yet struggling to appreciate being in it, bombarded by concepts, concept of having to work(!), nonsensical teachings, love of plagiarism, the list goes on. mebbe i'll get one of those ubiquitous nussu tshirts to get in the mood of things. hmm.
